Wuthering Waves Soars with Version 2.0: New Region, Characters, and More!

The highly anticipated Version 2.0 update for Wuthering Waves has arrived, delivering a massive expansion of content for players to explore. This update introduces a vast new region, exciting new characters, challenging bosses, and innovative gameplay mechanics. The JRPG is also now available on PS5, offering a console experience.

The star of the show is Rinascita, the Land of Echoes – a nation of city-states steeped in culture and art. Explore diverse areas like Ragunna, the Nimbus Sanctum, and Thessaleo Fells, each with its unique atmosphere and deep connection to the Echoes that permeate daily life.

Two captivating new characters join the fray:

• Carlotta: A 5-Star Glacio Resonator with a stylish dual-pistol combat style and a gem-inspired aesthetic. Her Resonance Ability unleashes crystallized energy for devastating Glacio damage.

• Roccia: A theatrical performer from the Fool’s Troupe, who commands tornados on the battlefield. Paired with her stage partner, Chest Mimic – Pero, she brings unpredictable and powerful combat to the game. Her Resonance Ability gathers enemies, setting up devastating attacks.

Customization options have expanded with new skins for existing characters, including Jinhsi's peach blossom attire and Sanhua's exorcistic adjuration. The update also features formidable new bosses, such as the Dragon of Dirge and redesigned Nightmare Echoes, adding layers of strategic depth to combat.
