Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6 'Among the Forgotten Ruins' Launches Soon

HoYoverse has unveiled the exciting details of Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6, aptly titled 'Among the Forgotten Ruins,' set to launch on March 12th. The update promises to shake things up in New Eridu with a gripping narrative and the introduction of new characters.

What’s Happening in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.6?

In this thrilling update, Proxies find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes auction orchestrated by the Mayor, tasked with securing a mysterious artefact tied to the Sacrifice. However, the phantom thief syndicate, Mockingbird, is determined to throw a wrench in the Mayor's plans. The plot thickens as other factions also vie for the artefact, unwilling to let the Proxies claim it easily. Amidst this chaos, characters Hugo and Vivian exhibit suspicious behavior, leaving players to ponder their true allegiances. Get a sneak peek of the action-packed storyline in the trailer below.

Version 1.6 introduces a new unit, Anby Demara, formerly known as Soldier 0 and leader of the Silver Squad. She makes her debut as an S-Rank Electric Attack Agent, wielding dual swords to deliver devastating Electric damage. Joining her is Trigger, an ace sniper from Obol Squad, stepping in as an S-Rank Electric Stun Agent. Trigger's unique ability to enter Sniper Mode allows her to dodge attacks and take precise shots, enhancing her team's Quick Assist capabilities.

Some Are Making a Comeback

The update also brings back some familiar faces. Pulchra Fellini returns as an A-Rank Physical Stun Agent representing the Sons of Calydon. Additionally, S-Rank Fire Anomaly Agent Burnice and S-Rank Ether Attack Agent Zhuyuan are featured in rerun banners. A new boss, Geppetto, makes his debut in Hollow Zero, adding another layer of challenge to the game.

Players can test their skills with the new Difficulty VI in Battlefront Purge. A fresh gameplay mode, Shadow Operation, introduces special effects to each battle stage, enhancing damage based on accumulated coins. Trigger's TV Schedule offers third-person sniper missions, providing a fresh gameplay perspective. Meanwhile, 'March On, Tiny Titan!' allows players to control a Bangboo drone for unique challenges, and 'Little Knight's Big Charge' involves guiding a Bangboo through ten trials to earn rewards, including the playable agent Pulchra.
