How do BHTRANS agents conduct inspections?
Traffic agents perform inspections through a digital check using a dedicated app. Therefore, you do not need to leave anything on your car's windshield to prove you parked correctly in the blue zone!
Is the parking price the same?
The price charged is the official rate with no additional fees. You can park your vehicle in a Rotativo space for exactly the same price as the old printed blue zone ticket.
Will I receive a warning when my time is about to run out?
Yes! The BH Rotary Parking app sends notifications when your rotating parking time is nearly expired.
Is it safe?
Yes! All communication between the Faixa Azul BH App and the servers is secure and encrypted, ensuring maximum safety for your quick and risk-free Rotativo Digital parking payments.
How can I prove I made a purchase through the app?
With Rotativo Digital BH, you can access your complete parking history at any time, which includes the date, time, and a map of every location where you parked in a Blue Zone space using Rotativo BH.
The Zul Digital platform is also accredited and approved in the cities of São Paulo/SP (Zona Azul Digital CET), Curitiba/PR (EstaR Digital Urbs), Fortaleza/CE (Zona Azul Digital AMC), and Salvador/BA (Zona Azul Digital Transalvador).
