Season 4 Pass Announcement

Arc System Works is revving up Guilty Gear Strive with Season 4, introducing a dynamic 3v3 Team Mode. This innovative mode throws six players into intense team battles, creating exciting strategic possibilities and unique character combinations. Season 4 also welcomes back Dizzy and Venom from Guilty Gear X, alongside the fresh face of Unika from the upcoming Guilty Gear Strive -Dual Rulers, and the sensational guest appearance of Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. This blend of returning favorites, new characters, and a surprising crossover promises a season brimming with fresh gameplay and exciting challenges for both veterans and newcomers.

New 3v3 Team Mode

The 3v3 Team Mode is a major highlight of Guilty Gear Strive Season 4. Teams of three clash in strategic battles, demanding careful team composition and tactical prowess to exploit strengths and cover weaknesses. Adding another layer of depth, each character will possess a unique "Break-In" – a powerful special move usable only once per match.

Currently, the 3v3 mode is in Open Beta, giving players a chance to experience the new mode and provide valuable feedback.

New and Returning Characters

Queen Dizzy

Returning from Guilty Gear X, Queen Dizzy makes a triumphant comeback with a regal new look and hints of intriguing lore developments. This versatile fighter blends ranged and melee attacks, adapting her fighting style to counter her opponents. Queen Dizzy will be available in October 2024.

Venom

The billiard ball-wielding master, Venom, also returns from Guilty Gear X. His unique gameplay focuses on tactical placement of billiard balls to control the battlefield, creating a challenging yet rewarding experience for players who appreciate strategic depth. Venom will be available in Early 2025.

Unika

Unika, a fresh addition to the roster, hails from the upcoming anime adaptation, Guilty Gear Strive -Dual Rulers. Her arrival is anticipated in 2025.

Cyberpunk Edgerunners Crossover: Lucy

Season 4's biggest surprise is the addition of Lucy, the first-ever guest character in Guilty Gear Strive, marking a truly exciting crossover. This collaboration follows a similar trend set by CD Projekt Red, who previously included Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher in Soul Calibur VI. Players can expect Lucy to be a technical character, her cybernetic enhancements and netrunning skills seamlessly integrated into Guilty Gear Strive's unique fighting system. Lucy will join the roster in 2025.
