Dead Cells: Final Android Updates Arrive

It's almost over! No, not Dead Cells itself, but the free updates are coming to an end. After years of relentless content additions since 2018, the developers are bringing the curtain down on Dead Cells Mobile's updates. But don't worry, the final updates, "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," are packed with a cursedly good time. They're available now on Android!

What's Included?

These final updates deliver a flurry of fresh content before the developers move on to new projects. Get ready for:

• Four New Weapons: Including the giant Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde sword (which deals massive critical damage to low-health enemies, but curses you if you don't finish them off!). The Anathema, a heavy ranged weapon, explodes on impact—but also curses you if it hits anything. Balance this out with the new Indulgence skill, which unleashes a powerful beam of light and can cleanse some of your curses.

• New Game Modes: Dive into the thrill of Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY modes.

• 40 New Heads: Customize your character with a massive selection of new heads, and an NPC lets you swap them on the fly.

New Mutations and Enemies

The final updates also introduce a host of new challenges:

• Cursed Flask Mutation: Use your health flask without consuming a charge, but with a cursed twist.

• Damned Vigor Mutation: Briefly prevents death, allowing a chance to kill an enemy and save yourself.

• Demonic Strength Mutation: Boosts damage while cursed.

Prepare to face new foes:

• The Sore Loser: This enemy clings to you and curses you upon its demise.

• The Curser: Launches guided cursed skulls and slashes if you get too close.

• The Doom Bringer: A truly dangerous foe; accumulating more than 50 curses from her will instantly kill you.
