Supergiant Games' Hades II has unleashed its second major update, "The Warsong," introducing a plethora of new content. This significant patch thrusts players into a "Final Confrontation" with the Guardian of Olympus, featuring protagonist Melinoë. Most notably, the formidable god of war, Ares, makes his entrance, bringing with him a set of powerful Boons to shake up gameplay.
Beyond Ares, the update boasts a new animal companion, fresh enemies, a revamped Altar of Ashes with updated visuals and Arcana effects, over 2,000 additional voice lines, and exciting new events. Players can also unwind in the Crossroads, enjoying new music and even a duet with Artemis.
