• Locate the quest in Breezy Meadow. This region lies south of Florawish. Travel to the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, head to the location indicated on your map to find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, overlooking the water. Speak with her to initiate the quest.
