RuneScape unveils thrilling 2024-2025 roadmap! Jagex recently dropped a bombshell, revealing exciting updates planned for RuneScape over the next two years. The "RuneScape Ahead" video details a plethora of new content. Let's dive into the highlights!

What's Coming?

Prepare for the arrival of Group Ironman mode! Team up with up to four friends for a collaborative RuneScape experience without external assistance. Coming later this year, it promises a fresh adventure.

This autumn, brave The Gate of Elidinis, a challenging new skilling boss encounter. Ascend the Sanctum of Rebirth to discover a hidden shrine dedicated to the goddess Elidinis – a key part of the next major story quest.

The roadmap teases a wave of story quests. A new winter quest revisits classic storylines, returning to the desert for a showdown with Amascut. This culminates in a brand-new end-game boss fight against Amascut, the Devourer.

Over 110 skilling updates are planned! This year features Woodcutting & Fletching updates, including a new skill tree and weapons. RuneCrafting and Crafting level 110 updates are slated for 2025.

Seasonal events return! "Harvest Hollow" debuts later this year with a new quest, spooky rewards, and themed activities. The beloved "Christmas Village" also makes a comeback, bringing festive quests, activities, and gifts.

Excited for the Future of RuneScape?

A major new area expansion is anticipated for late 2025. Many player-requested features are also in the works, including new combat achievements, a fourth Necromancy conjure ability, and a new Slayer monster.
