If you're a fan of puzzle games, you've almost certainly explored titles from Rusty Lake. To commemorate their 10th anniversary, the studio has prepared a series of exciting surprises, including a brand new game release, a special short film, and significant discounts across their game catalog.
The extensive portfolio from Rusty Lake includes the celebrated Cube Escape series, the Rusty Lake series, and standalone titles like The Past Within. To date, they have published 18 games across various digital platforms.
Founded in Amsterdam by Robin Ras and Maarten Looise, all Rusty Lake games exist within a shared universe, heavily influenced by the surreal atmosphere of David Lynch's Twin Peaks. Each game, even those that stand alone, contributes to the same mysterious and interconnected storyline.
Titled The Mr. Rabbit Magic Show, this new game is available on Android, iOS, Steam, and itch.io. The developers released it as a special 10th-anniversary gift for their community, making it completely free to play.
For those who have followed the studio since the original Cube Escape days in 2015, this new title retains all the classic elements alongside its signature bizarre and dreamlike puzzles. You can find a detailed overview of the game in our recent coverage.
The team also premiered The Intern, a short film available on YouTube. It offers both a behind-the-scenes perspective and a celebration of the series' extensive history, which you can view directly below.
A platform-wide sale is currently underway for Rusty Lake, with discounts of up to 66% on all premium titles available on Android, iOS, Nintendo eShop, and Steam. Players can also enjoy a free remake of Samsara Room and the complete Cube Escape Collection at no cost.
Additionally, limited edition merchandise is available through Lost In Cult, featuring a new anniversary edition of The Paradox Comic Book, the Rusty Lake: Sounds of the Lake 10th Anniversary Vinyl Collection, and a specially designed Rusty Lake-themed card deck by Maarten Pelders.
If you haven't yet experienced their work, now is the perfect time to explore the Rusty Lake games available on the Google Play Store.
