Unlocking Mounts in Rune Slayer: A Comprehensive Guide
Rune Slayer delivers a compelling MMORPG experience within Roblox, boasting quests, crafting, dungeons, and even fishing. However, the method for acquiring a mount isn't immediately obvious. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough.
Prerequisites: Reaching the Mount Quest
Screenshot by The EscapistBefore embarking on your mount-acquiring journey, ensure you meet these requirements:
- Level 20: Reaching level 20 shouldn't take longer than a few hours. Complete quests, jobs, and eliminate mobs to progress quickly.
- Tamed Pet: A taming quest will guide you through this process. Essentially:
- Locate a tamable animal (deer, wolf, spider, etc.).
- Attack it once.
- Present the appropriate food (apples for deer, raw deer meat for wolves).
- A heart will appear above the animal's head. A fully grown heart signifies successful taming; a black heart indicates failure. Try again with a different animal.
Completing the Mount Quest

- Locate Jimmy the Stable Master in Wayshire: He'll offer the "Jimmy's Delivery" quest.
- Travel to Ashenshire: Head north through Wayshire's northern entrance, traversing Greatwood Forest, and continue north until you reach Ashenshire (recognizable by large houses atop trees).
- Navigate to Madonna: Utilize the rope to ascend. Madonna the Stable Master, the first NPC you encounter, will be awaiting the package. Interact with her and select "I have a package for you."
- Return to Wayshire: Backtrack to Wayshire.
- Claim your reward: Speak with Jimmy; he'll provide the saddle. The saddle will not appear in your inventory immediately.
