Capcom's highly anticipated Monster Hunter Wilds, set to launch February 27th, 2025, has unveiled a post-launch content roadmap. The first major update is packed with exciting additions.
Title Update 1 introduces the fan-favorite Mizutsune, a water-dwelling dragon monster known for its bubble-based attacks and visually striking pink and purple coloration. The update also includes a fresh batch of Event Quests, offering players additional challenges and valuable rewards. Capcom promises further unspecified updates, likely addressing optimization and bug fixes. A sneak peek in the launch trailer shows Mizutsune confronting the newcomer Doshaguma, hinting at a familiar yet potentially challenging encounter.
A second Title Update is planned for Summer 2025, featuring another new monster (identity currently undisclosed), and an additional set of Event Quests. While future updates beyond this are unconfirmed, Capcom's commitment suggests further content is likely.
