Zenless Zone Zero's Version 1.4: A Storm of Failing Stars Update Arrives December 18th

HoYoverse has unveiled the upcoming Version 1.4 update for Zenless Zone Zero, launching December 18th across all platforms. This update, titled "A Storm of Failing Stars," brings a climactic chapter to the year's storyline, introducing two new Section 6 Agents: Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa, and enhancing the Main Story's TV mode for a more immersive experience.

Version 1.4 introduces new locations, including Port Elpis and Reverb Arena, deepening the mystery surrounding Vision Corporation and Sacrifice as the narrative progresses to Chapter 5. Perlman's mysterious awakening promises to shed light on the backstories of the Wise and Belle, while New Eridu's Public Security faces a crucial leadership election.

Players will join forces with Section 6 to explore Port Elpis, confronting new threats and unraveling lingering mysteries. The new Agents bring unique combat skills: Hoshimi Miyabi wields an Ethereal-Slaying Katana and Frost Anomaly powers for precise, powerful attacks, while Asaba Harumasa combines electric strikes with swift bow and blade techniques. Harumasa's backstory is revealed through a special OVA, and players at Inter-Know Level 8 or higher can acquire him for free post-launch. Significant combat enhancements arrive with Hollow Zero: Shadows Lost mode and the Deadly Assault periodic operation.
