This new leak suggests a similar approach for Version 1.5.

Leakers have revealed screenshots of several stages in this upcoming platformer mode, strongly resembling Fall Guys. While details are scarce, the mode is expected to be exclusive to the Grand Marcel event, and not a permanent addition. It remains unclear whether players will control their usual characters or Bangboo within this mode. Rewards are rumored to include Polychromes and additional free pulls.

This platformer mode would be a novel addition to Zenless Zone Zero, but HoYoverse has precedent with similar events in other games. Honkai Impact 3rd's 6.1 update (2022) included a "Midnight Chronicle" event with Fall Guys-like stages featuring chibi versions of its characters. This suggests a similar approach might be used in Zenless Zone Zero, potentially featuring chibi versions of existing characters or even the popular Bangboo.

Version 1.5, arriving January 22nd, will add Astra Yao and Evelyn to the playable roster. Previous leaks also suggest Nicole's first character skin and a new Agent Story for Ellen.
